There is no danger to your animals when the chemical is being sprayed as the active ingredient is quite small. Many clients choose to take their animals outside for peace of mind however.

What do I need to do before I get my house treated?
No special preperation is necessary.
How long does it take for the treatment to become fully effective?
Treatment can take up to 14 days to take full affect as it needs to come in contact with all insects.

Reliance Pest Control recommends you have your house checked for termites every 6 months
Do I really need a pest control expert to check my house, or can I do it myself?
Detecting termites really isn’t easy if you don’t know what to look for, where to look, and without experience. Unfortunately, often the only sign of termites to the untrained eye is when substantial damage has already been done. It is always best to have an expert pest technician inspect your house for pests.

Is the treatment guaranteed?
The treatment is not guaranteed, however there is a 6 month warranty. If the pests come back, so do we.
Is the treatment safe for people who suffer from asthma?
We recommend that all people(s) who suffer from asthma leave the residence to ensure no asthma attack is triggered. This is just a safety precaution to prevent any possible unnecessary asthma attacks.
